My experience at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location is excellent for exploring downtown Windhoek and the rooftop bar offers stunning views for a sundowner cocktail. However, my room had multiple issues, and the service wasn't always helpful. The hotel has great potential, but it needs attention to detail and staff training to truly shine.
